Lalapanzi Lodge
This luxurious lodge is situated in the vicinity of the historical place Vegkop near Heilbron. It is ideally suited for the person that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life back to the peace and silence of nature. Come and view the beautiful fields of cosmos flowers during the months of March and April.
ACCOMODATION
The lodge consists of three spacious and fully equipped en-suite bedrooms to accomodate eight people in comfort.
Very spacious open plan lounge/dining room borders on an equipped kitchen and opens up onto a sociable braai area. Television is available for those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world.
Chat around a big campfire and enjoy the peaceful highveld evenings with friends while the meat is sizzling on the coals.
An old fashioned bread oven is available for the more experienced cook.
ACTIVITIES
About 3 km away from the lodge is a farm with lion as well as a number of wine cellars in the surrounding area.
Lalapanzi is a child friendly lodge with equipment like a jungle gym, swings, a 150 meter "foefie slide" stretching over the farm dam (to be used at own risk only under adult supervision)
Relax in nature within the surrounding game reserve where red hartbeest, zebra, blesbuck, springbuck, gemsbuck and letshwe's can be seen.
DIRECTIONS
On the R34 Heilbron/Frankfort road take the Vegkop tumoff. Travel for 7,5 km, turn right for 1,5 km and turn left at sign post.
