Bass Feather Country Lodge
Bass Feather Country Lodge is near the north-eastern Free State maize farming town of Reitz, just two hours' drive from Johannesburg. One of the most impressive features is its beautiful lake situated in breathtaking surroundings and large enough for bass boats to target the healthy populations of bass. Enjoy a long stroll beside the lake, tackle a hike, or take a walk up our beautiful koppie with its superb views over our peaceful, unspoilt terrain and view the game animals such as Blesbuck, Zebra and Swartwildebees. A challenging golf course is only 5 km from the lodge or take a leisurely 45-minute drive to the cultural town of Clarens.
Accommodation is provided in comfortably appointed 4 or 6 en-suite bedroom chalets, each equipped with a television, stove, fridge and microwave, or make yourself comfortable in our campsite with excellent ablution and recreation facilities, including a community centre and big screen DSTV.
